Yes! This program can truly be done at home. All you need is a pair of dumbbells, and a small space. A bench/box, resistance band and booty band are optional but not needed to complete the workouts as modifications will be provided for those.
What equipment do I need?
At least 1 pair of dumbbells (I do recommend a "light" pair, and a "medium/heavy" pair, but one is totally fine). Most people start off with 5 lb dumbbells.
Is this app available on an Android device?
Yes! The app is available for both iPhone and Android users. Once you sign up for the program, the link to download the app we will use will be sent to your email.
Yes! This app and program can be done worldwide as long as you have a card that will process USD payments.
Yes! There are two options: follow along workout style workout class or go at your own pace with silent looping demo videos. MOST people do the follow-along style workouts, however we like to provide what works best for you, so you have options!
How does this program work?
Once you are an active subscriber, you will receive an email with the link to download your app. Please be sure to enter your email correctly when you sign up, as this is where your app link will be sent! Once you've set up your app, you will receive a message inside the app with next steps to get the most from your program, including macros/nutrition plan, accountability and more!
The daily workouts are posted the night before so you will have full access the day your workout should be completed. If you aren't able to complete the workout that day, the workout will stay posted for the remainder of the month to catch up on, if needed!
The weekly meal plans and meal prep recipes are posted on Fridays inside the app!
You can hit play on the workout videos anywhere you have phone service/WiFi! The videos are also able to be screencast to your TV.
The weekly workout plan consists of 5 brand new workouts each week! As an active member, you will get access to all workouts while your plan is active!
The workouts are 20-30 minutes in length, with exception to the add-on programs which are shorter and meant to be "added on" to the daily workouts to focus on specific muscle groups such as core, arms or legs.
Yes! You can definitely do these workouts! If you're just beginning your workout journey or coming back after some time off, I would recommend that you start with the JumpStart program within the app.

If you are an active member, you gain access to the private community support group chat within the app, plus our Facebook accountability group where you'll be able to connect with thousands of other like-minded people doing the same workouts as you!
How do I access the workouts?
Once you are an active subscriber, you will be able to click the kettlebell ("Training") tab at the bottom of the app to see all of the workout programs you have access to, including the follow along video workouts, gym program, deep core program, on the go program and more!
This is a monthly subscription-based program that will charge to your selected payment method each month or annually on the same date that you originally signed up. Your subscription will continue unless you cancel. Regardless of your subscription type you will have full access to all available programs and features of the app and program as an active member.
If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will need to send a message in the app within 5 business days before your next scheduled billing date. It is the responsibility of the member to cancel their subscription when desired.
